The Approach
Traditional doula training and veteran experience in employee benefits combine to provide quality perinatal care that supports positive maternal health outcomes as well as postpartum work and/or life integration. The birthing person or new parent is centered in the service model that is anchored in evidence-based and holistic practices. Individual clients are provided physical and emotional support, alongside advocacy, educational and community resources and tools. Employer and organizational clients are provided strategy and resources that build bridges between employee needs and company alignment.
